Travel Insurance / Vacation Protection

Travel protection is highly recommended for the Jamaica Labor Day Takeover 2027. Unexpected situations can happen before or during your trip, so Vacation Express offers several protection options designed to help safeguard your vacation investment.

For a hotel-only stay of 5 nights or more, Vacation Express currently lists its Vacation Protection Plan (VPP) starting at $79 per adult, while the Vacation Protection Plan Plus (VPP+) starts at $149 per adult. Peak-travel surcharges may apply, and plan availability can vary by hotel, room type, or contracted group.

The VPP allows cancellation for any reason before the required cutoff and generally provides a future Vacation Express travel certificate, while VPP+ generally provides a refund to the original form of payment, less the protection-plan cost. VPP+ must be added within the required purchase window. Certain non-refundable room categories require different coverage.

Post-departure benefits associated with eligible VPP/VPP+ plans can include trip interruption, missed connection, trip delay, emergency medical and evacuation benefits, baggage protection, baggage delay, and 24/7 worldwide travel assistance, subject to the policy’s terms, limits, and exclusions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

By submitting a deposit or payment for the Jamaica Labor Day Takeover 2027, travelers acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms.

The $100 per person deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable once the reservation has been confirmed. All additional payments made toward the trip are applied to your reservation and are subject to the cancellation policies of the resort, tour operator, and other travel suppliers.

If you need to cancel your reservation, the cancellation request must be submitted to 360 Travels & Entertainment in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on the date the cancellation is received and the rules of the applicable travel suppliers.

As the travel date approaches, cancellation penalties may increase, and once the reservation reaches the supplier’s 100% penalty period, no refund will be available. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip, early departures, missed transfers, no-shows, or changes caused by the traveler.

Airfare is not included in this package. Any airline tickets purchased separately are subject to the airline’s own cancellation, change, credit, and refund policies.

Because unexpected situations can occur, travel insurance/vacation protection is highly recommended. Travelers who decline coverage accept responsibility for any financial loss resulting from cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances not covered by the travel supplier.

If a traveler chooses to purchase Vacation Express protection, the terms, deadlines, benefits, exclusions, and refund or travel-credit provisions of that protection plan will apply.
