Cancellation Policy

<h3>Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy</h3><p>By submitting a deposit or payment for the <strong>Jamaica Labor Day Takeover 2027</strong>, travelers acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms.</p><p>The <strong>$100 per person deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable</strong> once the reservation has been confirmed. All additional payments made toward the trip are applied to your reservation and are subject to the cancellation policies of the resort, tour operator, and other travel suppliers.</p><p>If you need to cancel your reservation, the cancellation request must be submitted to <strong>360 Travels &amp; Entertainment in writing</strong>. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on the date the cancellation is received and the rules of the applicable travel suppliers.</p><p>As the travel date approaches, cancellation penalties may increase, and once the reservation reaches the supplier’s <strong>100% penalty period, no refund will be available</strong>. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip, early departures, missed transfers, no-shows, or changes caused by the traveler.</p><p><strong>Airfare is not included</strong> in this package. Any airline tickets purchased separately are subject to the airline’s own cancellation, change, credit, and refund policies.</p><p>Because unexpected situations can occur, <strong>travel insurance/vacation protection is highly recommended</strong>.
