Important Booking Information & Terms
Please review the following information before submitting your reservation:
Administration Fee: The group administration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. This fee covers reservation management, group coordination, payment processing, and administrative services provided by You Choose Travels.
Cruise Deposit: The $50 per person Norwegian Cruise Line deposit is subtracted from the total cost of your cruise, reducing your remaining balance. Refundability of the cruise line deposit is subject to Norwegian Cruise Line's cancellation policies.
Travel Advisor Guest Policy: Guests sharing a stateroom with a You Choose Travels Travel Advisor are eligible for the Travel Advisor reservation deposit rate of $75 per person, provided they are booked in the same cabin as the Travel Advisor.
Group Pricing Deadline: Our exclusive group rates and reserved inventory are available through October 1, 2026, or until our blocked cabins are sold out, whichever comes first. After this date, all pricing and cabin availability will be subject to Norwegian Cruise Line's current rates and availability.
Final Payment: Final payment for all reservations is due no later than January 10, 2027. Failure to submit final payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation and any applicable penalties assessed by Norwegian Cruise Line.
Group Amenities & Exclusive Offers: Exclusive group pricing, complimentary amenities, promotional offers, and hosted group activities are available only to guests who book directly through the You Choose Travels group reservation.
