Cancellation Policy

PAYMENT INFORMATION To reserve services, a non-refundable deposit is required.  

DEPOSIT PER PERSON
$100.00 - Deposits and payments are NOT refundable - We highly recommend travel insurance.

Please note that the minimum deposit must be made by February 15, 2025. Prices are always subject to change until booked.

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT Additional deposits may sometimes be required for your arrangements, and this information may be advised after the initial quote or confirmation. If applicable, we will advise you as soon as the supplier informs us.

FINAL PAYMENT Final payment is due no later than August 10, 2025.
Electronic travel documents are sent out approximately 10 days before departure.
The above are our normal final payment terms; however, specific arrangements may require the payment balance to be made earlier.

 Cancellation policy: To cancel your vacation, Travel Advisor charges a non-refundable fee of $100.00 (please continue reading!). This fee is payable at the time of the cancellation request, and the vacation will not be canceled until this fee is paid.  All payments are non-refundable after received.  All cancellations must be in writing to adrtravel@adrtravelgroup.com.  You formally accept ADR's Terms & Conditions by submitting a deposit or payment.  Give Travel Advisor permission to accept the terms & conditions of the third-party supplier on your behalf. You agree to abide by the terms & conditions and policies of the third-party supplier and ADR Travel Group.  Any violation will constitute a breach and forfeiture of any and all payments. CANCELLATIONS Cancellation is the voluntary termination of an entire trip and is requested BEFORE the original travel date. Tour packages are entirely non-refundable.

INSURANCE Travel insurance is highly recommended. Travel insurance is optional. 

Insurance can be purchased with the package and added up to ten days after purchasing your tour package. For more insurance information, please get in touch with us at adrtravel@adrtravelgroup.com.
