It is strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance. If you choose not to purchase travel or
cancellation insurance, you understand you are liable for any cancellation penalties and
out-of-pocket expenses incurred. You will also make your own provisions in the event of an
emergency while traveling. I understand the Trip Travel Insurance premium is non-refundable.
I hereby verify that I have reviewed my travel itinerary for accuracy. Dates, flights, etc. I have
been advised of all applicable fees imposed by my agent and the suppliers as well as any scheduled
fees that may be required if this booking is cancelled or changed.
My agent offers retail travel service to customer, which are provided by separate and independent
vendors of travel services. They do not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the
independent travel vendors. I agree and understand that my agent is not responsible for an
operating failures, loss, damage, delay, or injury to me or members of my travelling party, nor for
consequential damages, which may result from failure, delays, or injuries, which arise out of or

To ensure the highest level of service and coordination for our European spa experience, we’ve outlined the following cancellation terms:
**Deposit & Payment Schedule**
- A non-refundable deposit of $500 per guest is required to confirm your reservation.
- Final payment is due 35 days prior to departure.
**Cancellation Timeline & Fees**
- **Up to 60 days prior to departure: ** Full refund, minus deposit.
- **59 days or less prior to departure: ** 75% of total trip, minus deposit cost refunded.
**Transfers & Substitutions**
- Substitutions may be permitted up to 60 days prior to departure, pending approval and submission of all traveler documentation.
**Trip Protection**
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment against unexpected cancellations or interruptions. Customized coverage options are available upon request.
**Force Majeure**
In the rare event of trip cancellation due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, political unrest), Heavenly Touch Wellness Travel reserves the right to adjust the itinerary or cancel the tour. In such cases, refunds or credits will be handled in accordance with supplier policies.
