Note: Triple and Quad booking is available upon request directly to Cynthia Johnson (346-471-1027). If a different floor plan is needed but not available in the group, special request required. Subject to availability. Triple, Quad, Quint occupancy may require the use of a rollaway or trundle bed. 

All staterooms, inclusive of the balconies, are an entirely smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all guest staterooms and balconies. Guests who smoke in these areas will be assessed a $500 USD cleaning and refreshing fee on their Sail & Sign account. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas on the ship.

Cabins can be booked after initial deposit date listed above (based upon availability).However, deposit will be $150 pp.  Also, cabins may not be available at current pricing.  

Note: Once cabin is assigned, payment plan is available for monthly installments if needed. Pricing subject to change until cabin is assigned. 

Additional payments may be provided if needed, in addition to payment schedule above.

Flex Pay offers a flexible payment option to guests. With an approved loan through Flex Pay, guests will have affordable monthly payments and control over their finances. Guests can make their initial down payment and future loan payments using a Debit Card or ACH payment - ACH payments are electronic debits that pull funds directly from the guest's checking account.

Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church has no financial responsibility or obligation toward any fees, cancellations, travel expenses, or medical needs for any passenger. All payments are made directly to Carnival Cruise Lines. 

Booking Terms and Conditions

Required deposits/payments must be up to date at all times to maintain group requests/cabins. Requests/cabins which do not have the required deposit/payment will be automatically cancelled. Carnival reserves the right to recall all or part of a groups unsold space. On occasion, fully deposited space without names is also subject to recall. Cruise gratuities are required to be paid per guest. 

Name changes or additions are allowed at Carnival Cruise Lines discretion. Name changes are subject to cancellation charges and any rate increases. There is a service fee for any correction involving names, and for any changes to departure cities on Fly-Aweigh guests, and/or for any changes made on pre or post cruise packages within 60 days of sailing. For such late changes, supplement charges may also apply.

• Minors cannot be booked under TBA offers; cabin numbers must be assigned.
• Guests who are 21 to 24 years of age may travel with their minor children.

Medical or Physical Requirements:

Any Guest with special medical, physical or other needs requiring medical attention or special accommodation during the voyage is requested to contact Carnival's Special Needs Desk at specialneeds@carnival.com or by calling 305-599-2600 ext. 70025, to discuss the details of their special needs. Carnival recommends that any Guest who is not self-sufficient travel with a companion who shall take responsibility for any assistance needed during the voyage and in case of emergency. ADA accessible cabin requests available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations,

· The system will keep the higher calculated penalty amount when the guest is cancelled.

· Cancellation of Air guests may result in an additional penalty for the air portion, up to, but not limited to, the full air add-on amount, as imposed by the air carrier.

· Percentage penalty charged applies to cruise fare, non commission fare, air add-on, supplemental fare, cruise only transfers and pre and post cruise packages where applicable.

· No refund in the event of interruption or cancellation by guests after the start of the cruise. We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance such as Carnival's Cruise Vacation Protection Plan.

· Prior to receipt of final payment and if for any reason accommodations are not available, Carnival may substitute accommodations of the same or better quality on another of Carnival's vessels.

· Vacation Protection Plan premiums are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

· Any unsold space must be released prior to the full penalty date noted above or cancellation penalties will be assessed.
