Additional Info

• What is the Hotel Fee?    

  A daily per room Hotel Fee of $47 is added to your room account and includes the following hotel services: This is an additional charge that you will be charged once you check-in the hotel. 

  • Gym access, including daily fitness classes for all registered guests.  Daily poolside circuit training from 6:30am - 8:30am as well as sunrise yoga on Friday - Sunday.
  • Unlimited wireless internet access in guestrooms and at the pools
  • 2 hours of complimentary Fontainebleau bicycle usage per guest, per day.  Bicycles are located on the Sea Green lawn. 
  • Complimentary non-motorized water sport usage, including kayaks and paddleboards (up to 30 minutes per person, per day).   Additionally, enjoy one complimentary banana boat ride per day for all registered guests.  Please signup at the Bouyah watersports center on the beach.
  • Daily newspaper (available at Front Desk)
  • Local and toll free numbered calls
  • Beach chair for each registered guest in party
  • Access to Refresh Lounge

  What do I need to check in to the Hotel?   

  Upon check in, you will be required to provide a valid picture ID and major credit card that is EMV (chip) certified. In some cases a pin number will also be requested if required by your bank, we also accept Apple Pay and other mobile payment services. Your credit card will be authorized for a $150 per day security deposit for incidental charges. Unused authorizations will be released at check-out and will take 5 to 7 business days to appear back on your account.

  What if I do not have a major credit card at check-in?   

  As an alternative to a credit card, a $600 cash deposit plus room and tax may be provided at check-in if the room is not prepaid. If room and tax have been pre-paid then a deposit of $600 will be required. US Citizens will be refunded via mail in the form of a check. International guests will be refunded upon checkout after assessment of guest folio.

  What time is check-in and check out?   

  Standard check-in time is 4 PM, however you may process your check-in upon arrival and store your luggage at the Bell Desk until your room is ready. Rooms are guaranteed to be ready after 4pm. Our standard check-out time is 11 AM. Please note that late checkout requests are based upon availability on the date of departure. Additional charges may apply.   

  Are pets welcome?   

  Yes. Pets up to 50 pounds and Non-aggressive domestic pets are welcome. $100 non-refundable cleaning fee required.  

  Is there smoking allowed in the hotel?   

  Fontainebleau is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas outside. There will be an additional charge equal to one nights room and tax for smoking in the guestroom.

  Do registered guests of the hotel receive preferred access to LIV nightclub?

  Admission to LIV nightclub is not guaranteed. An admission fee and upscale dress code apply. Please note that LIV may be closed to the public due to occasional special events or private parties. LIV management reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone, in its sole discretion.

  Is there room service?  

  Room service is available for Breakfast 7AM - 11AM (until 12 Noon Saturday and Sunday), Dinner from 5PM - 11PM daily, and Lunch 12PM - 3PM weekdays. 

  What other fees may apply? 

  These are common fees guests inquire about:

  • Overnight Valet: $58.85 inclusive of tax / per day
  • Oversize Vehicles: $75+ tax / per day
  • Vehicles with advertisement - need to be approved by hotel marketing
  • Roll-Away Fee: $60 + tax / per day
  • Fridge: $100 per week ($30 per day) 
  • Additional Guests: $30 additional per guest 18 years and older over two guests in the room up to the maximum occupancy for the room type booked   
  • Cribs: no fee

  How much is taxi fare?

  Taxi fares vary from Miami International Airport, but typically are around $50.

  What is your proximity to the following: shopping, restaurants, attractions, golf courses, and/or entertainment?

  Fontainebleau is less than one mile away from South Beach and the Art Deco District with nightlife, shopping and dining. Miami Beach Golf Course is only two miles away. The hotel
  is home to spectacular restaurants with renowned and award winning chefs.

Insurance Info

• By purchasing the Travel Protection Plan Plus, travelers can relax and have confidence in their vacation purchase. If needed, travelers can cancel their trip for any reason. Simply email qstravelservice@gmail.com at least 5 days prior to departure to cancel and receive a refund in the form of a travel credit, minus the cost of the Travel Protection Plan Plus. Other benefits include no fees for vacation changes, hurricane travel credit, and during travel benefits such as 24-hour emergency assistance, baggage protection and more.

Payment Info

Initial deposit due is $125.00 per person at the time of booking.

Prices and availability are subject to change until reserved has been secured.

After you have made your deposit you will receive a receipt of your booking.

Once payment has been processed and If you have selected to add flights and or insurance to your booking, you will receive a quote for your approval with those add ons within 3 business days.

Monthly Payments will be divided up by your Total Balance due on the day that your reservation is created.

If you need to change your credit card information before making a monthly payment contact Qs Travel Service via email at qstravelservice@gmail.com within 5 days before payment is made. 

If you would like to make arrangements for a different amount to be made for your monthly payment email qstravelservice@gmail.com within 5 days after your reservation has been made.

No Refunds will be given for any payments made on your booking.

All Cancelations must be in writing via emailed to qstravelservice@gmail.com 10 days before your monthly payment is due.

Monthly Payments are highly recommended but not required.

Final Payment on All Reservations made, the Total Amount Balance Due Date is March 20, 2024. *No exceptions* 

The reservation will cancel if Final Payment is not made on the Final Due Date and Travel Credits will be given accordingly.
