The cruise fare includes all meals and drinks (water, tea, lemonade, juices) are included, as well as continental breakfast delivered to your stateroom (upon request). There are a couple of specialty restaurants onboard that charge an additional fee.
Alcoholic beverages can be purchased separately, or pre-pay a drink package, all guests the age of 21+ in the same room must purchase. Excursions are also separately purchased via the cruise line or an outside vendor. 
All onboard entertainment is included apart from the casino, arcade, and bolt roller coaster.
