Check in time is at 3:00 pm and Check out time is at 12:00 noon, However, if you arrive early you can use the facility until your room is ready to check in at 3:00 pm.

At Check-in the resort will ask you to place a credit card on file for incidentals for $200.00 per room. This will be returned back to your card at check out as long as nothing is damaged or you do not charge anything to your room. 

*Since this is a group and considered a third party booking, we cannot add Bonvoy numbers to any bookings and you will not receive points, however, you can provide your number at check-in so that your status can be recognized.

What’s included in this trip:

• Roundtrip shared ground transportation to/from the airport and the resort IS INCLUDED. Private transportation is an additional cost upon request.
• Choice of all-inclusive lodging:  Ocean view, Upgraded Diamond Club Ocean view or Diamond Club Swim up room.
• All meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Buffet Dining)  Al la Carte restaurants at specific hours of operation, including a 24 hour restaurant and poolside snacks daily.
• Unlimited Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages included.
• Basic in room mini bar with 2 local beers, 2 sodas and 2 waters.  Replenished when needed.
• Room service
• All activities including private group activities, cabana party, cocktail party and semi private group dinner at the Resort

What’s NOT included in this trip:

• Airfare is NOT included and must be purchased directly from an airline of your choosing. The airport code for Sangster International Airport is MBJ..  You are required to provide your flight details via email at least 1 month prior to the departure date. The transportation is ONLY for the dates that are booked with us.  Failure to provide your flight details by the due date will result in forfeiting your ground transportation and will be strictly enforced for this trip.  
• Private transportation is NOT included and is an additional $150 per vehicle for 1 to max 4 passengers on the same flight and must be reserved at the time of booking.
• Travel insurance is Not included - You can choose to purchase external travel insurance to protect your investment.  Our trip is 100% NON refundable for ANY reason, unless WE cancel the event. 
• Spa Service is Not included
• OPTIONAL excursions are Not included
• Items of a personal nature, souvenirs are not included
• Credit card transaction fees are Not included- There is a mandatory credit card transaction fee charged to your card each month that your payment is processed.  This credit card processing fee is not from Travel Central, it is directly from the vendor . The full fee will show on your invoice but will be divided equally into your monthly payments.   If you choose to pay in full at the time of booking, you will only have 1 credit card transaction fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Reimbursement via Travel Credit and Cash Refunds

Cancellations WITH Travel Protection Plus(TPP): If you cancel your vacation, fees will be waived, and the amount due (less the cost of the TPP premium) will be in the form of travel credit if you selected the full travel credit option, or original form of payment if you selected the cash refund option.

Cancellations WITHOUT Travel Protection Plus (TPP): If you cancel your vacation, any amount due on air-inclusive vacations will be in the form of travel credit; any refund due for land-only bookings and contracted group bookings (after applicable penalties as shown below) will be in original form of payment. All applicable cancellation penalties are deducted from travel credit.

Refund allocations in original form of payment: Refund in original form of payment is posted to the original credit card charged. If multiple cards were charged, refunds are posted in proportionate amounts to the original charges. Refunds in original form of payment are generally processed within approximately 30 days of cancellation.

Refund allocations for travel credit: Travel credits are allocated equally among all adult (18+) passengers on the original reservation. If there were children under 18 years of age on the original reservation, their travel credit(s) are allocated equally among the adult (18+) passengers. Travel credits are generally processed one-two business days after cancellation.

 Travel Credits

Standard change and cancellation policies apply to new bookings made with travel credit. Travel credits are valid for travel commencing within 395 days from original departure date, must be used for travel commencing by expiration date, are nontransferable and nonrefundable, have no cash value, and are issued in the names of the adult (18+ years of age) passengers on the original reservation.

 Credit Card Transactions & Chargebacks

If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, and not against Travel Impressions. In the event that payment has been made to Travel Impressions by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to Travel Impressions. If Travel Impressions incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees, to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owed to Travel Impressions via money order or cash immediately.

Your travel documents will be emailed to you once full payment is received. Please check them carefully to ensure that all the information is correct and passenger names exactly match your Proof of Citizenship. If you discover an error, please contact your travel advisor immediately.
