- Travel insurance is mandatory and will be quoted with each booking. Travel insurance not only protects the Bride and Groom with their contract for rooms, but also the guest themselves. All insurance covers last minute cancellations for illness, including covid, with full cash back (less policy amount). Things happen all the time and insurance protects your investment.
- Flights can be booked with me or on your own. Flights will become available as early as April 1st. Flights can be added to a room booking at any time. If you opt to book your own flights, I do need all flight information to provide your transportation to and from resort. Flight cost can also be added into your insurance policy, so do not opt for separate flight insurance.

- Trip insurance in mandatory and will be quoted individually. Premium is based on many factors including number of travelers, age, total cost of trip and state of residency. Premium must be paid within 14 days of room deposit. Flights can be added to insurance; may increase premium.
- Rooms cancelled after October 30th will be submitted through insurance for refund
- Deposit of 1 night stay required at booking; deposit amount is based on final booking amount
- Balance due no later than December 1, 2024
- This is an adults only resort, children can not attend wedding
- All guests must have a passport that is valid until at least Sept 1, 2025
