Payment Info

1.  Initial deposit in the amount of $110.00 per person is due at the time of booking.

2.  Initial deposit in the amount of $110 plus any add-ons will be due at the time of booking. 

3.  All Prices and Availability are Subject to Change until Reserved has been Secured with a Deposit.

4.  After a deposit has been made you will receive a receipt of your booking.

After the payment has processed you will receive confirmation of payment for your reference via email.

5.  If you have selected to add flights and or insurance to your booking, you will receive a invoice/quote for your approval with those add-ons within 24-48 hours. After you submit authorization for payment to secure your reservation and the payment has been processed you will receive confirmation of payment for your reference via email.

6.  Monthly Payments will be divided up by your Total Balance due on the day that your reservation is created. 

7.  A monthly payment is required monthly.

8.  No Refunds will be given for any payments made on your booking.

9.  All Name Changes will incur a $25 fee payable to Qs Travel Service.

10.  Final Payment on All Reservations made, the Total Amount Balance Due Date is June 5, 2025. *No Exceptions* 

11.  The reservation will cancel if the full Final Payment is not made on the Final Payment Due Date by 11:59pm CST and Travel Credits will be given accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

• All Cancellations must be in writing with the subject line CANCEL CINCINNATI MUSIC FEST with YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME via emailed to qstravelservice@gmail.com 5 days prior to your departure.  
• All Reservations that have been guaranteed with a credit card are held for you until your arrival. 
• If you do not arrive at the hotel on your scheduled arrival date, cancellation policy will apply and no refund will be given for any of days there is a no show. 
• Qs Travel Service, LLC is not responsible for any no shows and will not be held responsible for any monies refunded to any cardholder on file.
