- Must fill out this form to cancel your trip. This counts as your written notification
- Can I have more than 2 people in a room? Yes, 3 or 4 people can stay in double queen rooms only. Please contact me directly for pricing.
- If there are 3 or 4 people in a room, does the price change per person? Yes, there is a decrease in price per person.
- Is there a resort fee? Yes, there is a $45/night resort fee + applicable taxes that are due at the time of check in at the hotel.
- Are there any military discounts? No, packages are already discounted at a reduced fare for flights and resort.
- I see the travel dates are May 2-6, 2024. Do I have to stay the whole time? No, you can choose how long you want to stay. Price will be adjusted accordingly.
- I just need a flight or just the hotel stay. Can I still book through you? Yes

Pre Departure Protection Plan
$55 Per Person
The Pre-Departure Protection (PDP) waiver allows you to revise your booking up to and including the 8th day prior to departure or to cancel the booking entirely at any time prior to your originally scheduled departure time without incurring revision or cancellation fees.
Cancellations with PDP:
- •With PDP, cancellation prior to your originally scheduled departure* will result in no cancellation fees for your booking, as well as a refund of your booking minus the cost of PDP.
- •Certain promotional tours, specific room categories and activities that are identified as "non-refundable" or "advance purchase" are not covered by the PDP. Additional exclusions apply.
- •The cost of the PDP is non-refundable.
*Cancellations for hotel packages (no air component) must be requested by 10:29 PM (Central Time) the day before check-in for PDP cancellation protection to be valid. After 10:29 PM the day before check-in, the full package becomes non-refundable.
Changes with PDP:
- •With PDP, changes to your booking are possible up to and including 8 days prior to departure without incurring any revision or cancellation fees; however, PDP does not waive an increase to your vacation package price as a result of a change, and any increase in price must be paid for in full at the time the change is made.
- •Changes within 7 days from travel may be possible, however third party fees (e.g., hotel, ground transportation, activities) may apply

*Prices differ due to length of stay, airline company, departure airport, day of the week, number of people in room, and time of booking. I can tailor the trip to your needs to a certain extent (room type, flight time, and payments). We will discuss at the time of booking.
*Prices are subject to change until trip is booked.
*Resort Fee: Reservations booked for travel dates beginning January 1, 2021, and forward will incur a nightly resort fee of $39/night. Resort fees and taxes are due upon check in at the resort.
*Trip insurance is not included in the total price. If you would like insurance on your trip, please let me know at the time of booking. There is a difference between the Pre Departure Protection Plan (PDP) and the insurance plans offered by Allianz.
*If for any reason you need to cancel, a refund of the total amount that you paid minus any fees will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be remitted in the same fashion in which you originally paid. Refunds will only be processed in the name of the person who made the payments.
The Fine Print
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in with a valid US Identification or valid passport.
The pool on property has an age requirement of 21+; however, guests have access to a family friendly pool at the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino located within 3 minutes walking distance to the property.
Self parking available for an additional fee
The resort fee listed in the policy section also includes the following: In-room WiFi for one device, In-room local calls, and Fitness center
Your credit card will be charged immediately by the hotel for the first night room and tax. If the charge is unsuccessful, the reservation will be canceled by the hotel.
Please note, the pool is closed for the season and will re-open Mid-March, depending on weather. The incidental deposit is $50 a night and a credit or debit card is only accepted. Cash is not accepted.
Special requests, unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. Please see a front desk representative upon arrival for any requests.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property
